PREFACE THIvSolume contains the English translation by Dr. Everard, 1650, of seventeen tracts (of which the Pynta~zder is one) attributed to Hermes Trismegistos, otherwise Mercurius Termaximus, or in the Egyptian language, Thoth, or Taautes or Tat.
